Jonathan Endicott: Creator Toolkit

A plain workflow Jonathan Endicott uses to publish consistently. Free tools, no tricks.

Capture

One notes app, one inbox for ideas. Write the idea as a single sentence claim, not a topic.

Draft

Set a small daily unit (for example 300 words or one 60-second clip). Small units beat rare marathons; see The Boring Middle.

Ship rough

Publish version one on your own site first, then improve it. A live draft teaches more than a perfect one in a folder.

Repurpose

One essay becomes a newsletter issue, a short video, a carousel and three short posts. Link every copy back to the original.

Own your home base

A personal site with your name as the title, a sitemap and a links page that lists every account, so readers and search engines can tell which accounts are really yours.

Review weekly

What did people read, save or reply to? Do more of that. Decide next week's topics once, on the same day each week; see Discipline Is a System.
